About the Role
As part of the Strategy & Planning team for Uber Direct in Latin America, you will help shape and drive the strategic direction of our last-mile delivery business across key markets including Brazil, Mexico, and CASA (Central America & Spanish-speaking Caribbean).
This role offers high visibility and impact, working closely with senior Delivery leadership. You'll lead the development of strategic content for key planning and business review forums, and own the execution of high-priority initiatives such as market strategy, growth pillars, and competitive positioning.
What you'll do
- Lead content development for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) across Brazil, Mexico, and CASA
- Support senior leadership visits, creating compelling presentations and local strategy insights
- Own and evolve the growth framework for Uber Direct in LatAm, ensuring alignment with broader Delivery strategy
- Manage and execute key strategic projects, including competitive strategy analysis, business cases, and regional expansion plans
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, and Regional Leadership

What you'll need
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience building executive-level presentations (Google Slides or PowerPoint) and working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret key metrics and connect them to operational and strategic implications
- Experience influencing across a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and cross-functional partners
- High comfort managing multiple priorities and working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Analytical experience with data querying and dashboard creation (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Prior experience in strategic planning, business operations, management consulting, or corporate strategy
- Familiarity with logistics, last-mile delivery, or tech platforms in LatAm markets.
