Sr. Sales Account Coordinator, Enterprise

About the Role

  1. The mission of this team is to maximize the business of enterprise companies with 50 or more stores on Uber Eats platform, and develop the clients into key revenue drivers for Uber Eats in the future.
  2. The candidate will support the day-to-day operations, setup, and administrative tasks for Enterprise Clients.
  3. Additionally, the candidate will prepare client-facing materials, conduct data analysis, and close the deal. If necessary, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute various tasks.

---- What You'll Do ----
  1. Act as the main POC for low-touch segment clients in the Enterprise Large, and respond to client inquiries regarding operations, administration, and contracts.
  2. Reviewing opportunities within the ENT-Large low-touch segment, as well as pitching ads and offers and closing deals.
  3. Prepare necessary materials and extract data for meetings with the support of the Account Manager (AM).
  4. If necessary, conduct a standardized Monthly Business Review (MBR) with the support of the Account Manager (AM) and gather client needs and assess their sentiment toward Online Delivery Food services.

---- What You'll Need ----
  1. Native/ Fluent Japanese and English (fluent reading and writing, business level speaking) is a must have skill.
  2. 5 years of experience in Account Management/Sales or Sales Support experience
  3. Ability to analyze complex data and organize outputs effectively
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
