About the Role

As a Sr. Program Manager - Global Support Operations, Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for centrally coordinating and optimizing key enablement functions (Learning, Content, and Quality) to drive scalable, high-impact sales performance across Uber BPO Sales network. You will play a pivotal role in equipping our BPO sales teams with the right training, materials, and performance frameworks to maximize Merchant Acquisition and Revenue Growth.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of sales enablement in outsourced environments. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Vendor Management, L&D, Content, Quality, and Performance teams to align enablement initiatives with our global expansion strategy.

What you'll do

Learning & Development (L&D) Enablement
  1. Partner with Sales Operations, L&D and BPO L&D teams to implement a scalable, structured sales training framework for BPO teams, ensuring alignment with merchant acquisition goals and revenue-driving strategies and role-specific learning paths and continuous sales coaching programs to enhance performance and productivity.
  2. Work closely with L&D and Vendor Management teams to ensure training programs are optimized for BPOs and tailored for regional and market-specific needs.
  3. Ensure BPO compliance to training standards and completion requirements.

Content Strategy & Sales Playbooks
  1. Partner with the Sales Operations teams to develop data-driven sales enablement content that improves pipeline conversion and merchant engagement.
  2. Develop feedback loops for sales content enhancements and improvement initiatives.
  3. Optimize and maintain knowledge bases, CRM-integrated content, and just-in-time learning resources to support frontline sales agents.

Quality & Performance Management
  1. Establish a Sales Quality Assurance (QA) framework that measures sales effectiveness, compliance, and customer engagement impact.
  2. Develop feedback loops between QA, Sales Ops, and Training to drive continuous improvements in call handling, pitch delivery, and conversion tactics.
  3. Define and implement a global calibration process to align quality standards across all BPO sites.
  4. Partner with Sales Operations and Analytics teams to ensure proper monitoring and fraud prevention strategies are deployed.

Sales Expansion & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  1. Act as the central point of coordination for all Sales Enablement functions within the BPO network, ensuring alignment with growth and expansion objectives.
  2. Closely collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure the BPO network is adequately enabled to deliver the services and expected results.
  3. Work closely with DCO, Vendor Managers, Workforce Management (WFM), and Analytics teams to ensure enablement efforts are data-driven and continuously optimized.
  4. Support new market launches, sales pilots, and strategic initiatives by ensuring BPO teams are fully prepared to execute at scale.

Basic Qualifications
  1. 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement - Content, Quality - , Learning & Development, or Sales Operations within BPO, Tech, SaaS, or Marketplace environments.
  2. Deep understanding of Scaled Sales models, outbound/inbound merchant acquisition operations, and revenue growth initiatives.
  3. Strong experience in sales enablement frameworks within BPO-led sales operations.
  4. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives at scale.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  2. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills in highly matrixed environments.
  3. Fluent English required; additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, other) are a plus.
