About the Role
As an Account Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring business success by supporting both merchants and internal account teams with setup and admin tasks, documentation, reporting and data analysis, among other activities.
What You'll Do
- Assisting merchants with setup, administrative tasks, and operational support to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.
- Providing support to Client Partners and Account Managers with documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records, contracts, and client documentation.
- Generating reports and insights from data to support account strategies and decision-making.
- Coordinating internal processes to ensure seamless execution of client and merchant needs.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance account performance.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B operations (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or upper management retail/food industry).
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools for data analysis.
- Basic proficiency in SQL, with the ability to adjust and refine queries as needed.
- Experience in an account management, customer support, or administrative role in a business or tech-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Strong collaboration skills.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$79,000 per year - USD$88,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$88,000 per year - USD$98,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$88,000 per year - USD$98,000 per year.
