Software Engineer II

About the Role

As part of the Bring Your Own Courier(BYOC) team, You will be responsible for an ambitious target of doubling the current BYOC market share across the world, with a focused effort on the EMEA market.

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

1. Build and maintain backend microservices that support user-facing products
2. Work with Product, Design, Data Science, and other Engineers to generate and execute on product ideas
3. Advocate for sustainable products and practices with other stakeholders across the company

---- Basic Qualifications ----

1. Proficient in one or more object-oriented programming languages: Java, GoLang, C++.
2. 2+ years of Experience building backend services.
3. Strong collaboration and mentoring skills

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

1. Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
2. 4+ years of experience building high scale systems
3. Experience developing large scale applications
