Service Team Lead II (DL)

About the Role

The Data Analytics Team Lead will work with a team of COPD developers to create, maintain, and automate processes to assist regional, and global operations.The role would require large collaboration with other team members and stakeholders. They need to be a big-picture thinker and strategic partner. They also need to demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decisions and possess the technical know-how, fascination and ability to work with your team to make a big impact. The Team Lead will also be expected to understand, translate operationally and fulfill stakeholder requests using available resources, and provide coaching and guidance to the analysts under his or her team.

1. To mentor team members and act as an SME in sharing the knowledge at scale within the team/org
2. Manage a team of COPD analysts to deliver output to the stakeholders, demonstrated by Metrics
3. Timely implementation and completion of the assigned deliverables. End-to-end involvement in the projects with the stakeholders from idea creation to delivery & impact realization.
4. Be a thought partner and handle projects independently from conceptualisation to delivery
5. Drive analysis on projects and important strategic decisions, improving the experience for stakeholders

1. Exceptional JavaScript knowledge
2. Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must!
3. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple functions
4. Ability to end to end manage projects right from ideation to final execution
5. Define, create, improve, and automate reporting methods
6. Proactively develop new KPIs/metrics to identify trends, generate insights and add value to our partners
7. Ability to create, monitor views on task management tools like JIRA, Asana to drive team utilization
8. Preferred experience of directly or indirectly managing or mentoring teams and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
