Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, Merchant Growth, Delivery - EMEA

Yesterday Amsterdam, Netherlands

About the Role

Join Uber in the EMEA Merchant Strategy & Operations team as a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager. In this Individual Contributor role, you will shape and execute the strategy to drive same-store-demand growth for restaurants on Uber Eats.

Working with partners across Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing, you'll lead end-to-end programs - from monetization levers like Ads, Offers, Membership, and Reservations, to organic growth drivers such as Menu, Feed and Storefront Optimization - to maximize restaurant same-store-demand growth and ROI at scale across EMEA.

What You'll Do

  • Set the strategy and drive execution at scale: Define the overarching restaurant same-store-demand growth strategy - spanning both monetization and non-monetized programs - and bring it to life through toolkits, playbooks, and processes that enable local teams to execute consistently across EMEA.
  • Own end-to-end program management: Lead integrated initiatives that increase restaurant same-store-demand growth and ROI across all levers - Ads, Offers, Membership Monetization, Reservations, Menu, Feed, Storefront Optimization, and more.
  • Be accountable for performance: Track and analyze key growth KPIs - including same-store-demand, menu coverage, session conversion, and ROI - and translate insights into clear action plans.
  • Advocate for the restaurants: Put restaurants at the center of every decision, ensuring strategies and products fuel their sustainable same-store-demand growth and ROI.
