Senior Sales Operations Associate (Technical Program Management), Uber for Business
About the Role
The Uber for Business (U4B) Revenue Operations Systems & Tools team is tasked with introducing features and products that empower Sales and cross-functional partners. Their objective is to enhance efficiencies through improved data, AI, and system upgrades. U4B's systems and tools are highly advanced - with a Salesforce supporting six revenue teams and growing, AI Roadmap across Contracting, GTM, and Data, and goals of our Deal Desk and segmentation functions. These aspirations require utmost operational excellence.
A critical component of this effort is the Launch Success Manager, who is responsible for the technical health and field readiness of all projects and tools throughout their lifecycle. This role is crucial for ensuring system reliability, user satisfaction, and successful adoption across the sales organization.
This position uniquely bridges technology and business, necessitating a highly collaborative and organized approach. Success in this role demands a strong grasp of technical project and product management principles, the ability to assimilate business processes quickly, and creative thinking when developing launch readiness plans, which encompass testing, measurement, and change management. Potential career paths include product operations, TPM, specialized product ownership, or a specialized business architect.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for the tracking and inflow/outflow of new and existing projects - nothing launches without your full attention.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all technical projects, including CRM configurations, integrations, automation, and new tool deployments.
- Develop and execute test plans, validation scripts, and health audits to ensure technical stability and performance.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers, DevOps, Vendors, and Sales teams to identify, document, and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Assess field readiness by validating training completeness, user access, and support resources before project launch.
- Partner with Change Management and Enablement teams to monitor adoption and gather feedback post-launch.
- Serve as a liaison between sales end-users and the technical team to ensure tools meet sales workflow needs and usability standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks for troubleshooting and support.
- Report on system health metrics and readiness status to leadership with actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement by recommending best practices, tooling enhancements, and automation to improve quality and readiness processes.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in systems QA, technical project/program management, or Revenue Operations technology roles
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), integrations, and sales tech stacks
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the Product lifecycle, launch and XP requirements
- Experience building and executing test cases, validation protocols, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Familiarity with sales operations processes and enablement or change management best practices
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product, Ops, IT, and External Vendors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (including slide decks!)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative project environments
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools or scripting
- Background in change management or sales enablement is a plus
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$116,000 per year - USD$128,500 per year.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$116,000 per year - USD$128,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
