About the Role
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager for Uber Direct provides Uber's Direct-specific sales team with the learning materials, content, and training they need to drive client growth and revenue attainment. Partnering with other commercial and operational teammates, the sales enablement manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven learning initiatives. You can expect to spend your time designing and delivering content (50%), facilitating training sessions (25%), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of business impact (25%). In this role you will be a cross-functional partner to other enablement leads, helping them support their teams as they sell Uber Direct globally. Additionally, you'll be the sole enabler for our growing team of Uber Direct sales specialists - driving the strategy and program design for their efforts around the globe.

What You'll Do
- Support the enablement of our sales teams as it relates to Uber Direct, our delivery solution for restaurants, grocery and retail stores, and logistics providers.
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training content
- Partner with sales, marketing, and operations leads to develop, execute, optimize and assess learning and development programs
- Prioritize sales learning and development initiatives based on the input of sales stakeholders
- Communicate L&D strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
- Build a trusted relationship with sellers, marketers, and ops team members
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
- Provide effective onboarding, product training, and skills programs for sellers
- Solicit and analyze feedback to continuously iterate on the learning and development strategy
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
- Maintain sales learning and development software and systems
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, learning and development, or education
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the environment of a customer-facing organization, including sales content, tools and training
- Ability to work through ambiguity and drive for clarity of direction
- Experience developing courses or trainings on technical systems and tools
- Experience with learning management systems
- Experience with e-Learning authoring tools
- Passionate about building foundations and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Flexible, resilient, problem solver who is passionate about forging new paths within partnership teams.
- Be able to work cross functionally with many other roles and partners in the company
- Deep understanding of and passion for creativity, technology, and advertising
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for learning
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to to travel internationally and occasionally work early mornings or evenings based on training delivery dates
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$100,000 per year - USD$111,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year - USD$123,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year - USD$123,000 per year.
