About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring for our Uber for Business (U4B) and Ads teams across EMEA. In this role, you'll act as a strategic talent partner to senior business leaders, helping to design, influence, and execute recruitment strategies that scale world-class commercial teams in some of Uber's most dynamic, high-growth markets.
Based in London, you'll be part of the EMEA Core Business Talent Acquisition team, a collaborative team of 7 Recruiters based between Amsterdam, Berlin, and Dubai, and be supported by our wider 40+ member EMEA TA organization, primarily centered in our Amsterdam TA hub.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end hiring for complex and senior GTM roles across multiple EMEA markets. Balancing speed, quality, and strategic business alignment
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leaders, influencing hiring decisions with market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven storytelling
- Build and execute scalable sourcing and engagement strategies to attract exceptional commercial talent in competitive markets
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Compensation, Mobility, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless, compliant, and high-quality hiring experiences
- Identify and address process inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement across candidate, stakeholder, and recruiter experience
- Mentor and collaborate with peers to elevate TA excellence across the broader EMEA team

What You'll Need
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in Sales, Commercial, or GTM hiring in high-growth industries
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders, including the confidence to say no, challenge assumptions, and redirect hiring discussions when necessary
- Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and translate them into clear business insights that helps influence better decisions
- Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, matrixed, and international environments
- Proven success in partnering with senior business leaders at Director level and above
- Bonus: Fluency in English (required); proficiency in additional European languages is a strong plus
