As a Senior Product Manager for Uber's Financial Products team, you will play a key role in shaping our Earner debit platform, empowering earners with greater financial flexibility and allowing Uber to continue to expand in a scalable manner.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical account and debit offerings, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, legal, risk, and operations. Your work will directly influence user engagement, financial inclusion, and revenue growth, positioning Uber as a leader in embedded finance.

- Lead Innovation: develop and execute a visionary roadmap for a scalable Earner debit platform, introducing groundbreaking features that drive adoption and engagement across geos
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with engineering, design, data science, operations, legal, and local country teams to build this platform and deploy it across star markets.
- Understand User Needs: Dive deep into user research and data analytics to create products that exceed expectations and foster meaningful connections.
- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and manage relationships with external partners, including fintech partners and sponsor banks, not just to build the platform but to ensure long-term optimization and growth of the account and debit products in each market.
- Measure Success: Monitor key performance metrics and feedback loops to continually enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as consumer-oriented product manager in the financial services space is required.
- Direct experience launching 0 to 1 products at scale with exceptional user experiences
- Proven track record of effectively collaborating with design, engineering, and data science teams to build sophisticated, data-driven systems that deliver compelling value to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions is essential
- Proficiency in the English language is essential

- Spanish and Portuguese skills
