About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Manager, P2P GPO to lead the worldwide transformation of our Procure-to-Pay processes. You'll partner with leaders to implement scalable solutions, using automation and cutting-edge tools to streamline requisition, invoicing, and payments for a seamless employee and supplier experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of strategic roadmaps for P2P, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effectively managing resources and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive system enhancements and automation initiatives, identifying high-impact opportunities by utilizing data analysis and feedback to improve employee and supplier experiences within P2P tools and processes.
- Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify workflows suitable for automation, leading the identification and execution of such projects, including the adoption of AI.
- Develop and implement change management strategies, including communications and training, to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and processes by employees and suppliers.
- Engae deeply with internal clients and the end-user community to proactively gather needs, designing user-friendly, streamlined, and highly efficient processes that enhance engagement between the employee experience and P2P operations.

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing procurement programs and/or leading transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end process transformation within a complex, matrix organization, preferably in one or more of the following domains: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), or similar core business processes.
- Strong technical proficiency with enterprise systems such as Coupa, Oracle, and Ariba, along with a comprehensive understanding of P2P best practices and metrics.
- Bachelor's Degree.

- Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a focus on executing transformation initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Visionary thinker with a bold, strategic mindset and the ability to lead, influence, and drive change across cross-functional teams and geographies, including Global Process Owners (GPOs).
- Strong background in procurement transformation, automation, and change management, with a passion for improving the employee and customer experience
- Skilled in challenging the status quo and delivering creative, data-driven solutions that drive competitive advantage and operational excellence.
- Deep expertise in orchestrating enterprise-wide change across people, process, and technology, grounded in methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
- Highly analytical and organized, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on, results-driven, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$169,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$169,000 per year - USD$188,000 per year.
