Senior Manager, Global Delivery Partnerships

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of business, P&L owners, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, and Tech, engaging internal/external stakeholders and leading sales and account management to drive the growth of one of our largest Enterprise partners - focused on their US business ($1.4B+ in annual Gross Bookings). The ideal candidate will have proven success in growing Enterprise partnerships, coaching and developing their team, creating deep relationships with C-suite and senior executives, developing scalable operational processes, and negotiating commercial agreements.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will set the vision, build the strategy, and drive day-to-day activities that enable your team to exceed quota targets and annual top and bottom line goals in the US. You'll succeed in this role if you find focus in fast-paced environments, are a coach at heart, and possess a spirit of curiosity that pushes you to continuously learn and teach. You'll sit on the Global Delivery Partnerships team and work in close collaboration with country and regional leadership to maximize global growth for Uber and our partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of full tim experience
  • Experience in B2B sales and account management, business development, strategy or operations
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in in B2B sales and account management or business development at a high-growth company and/or QSR
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team
  • Experience building and executing complex contracts, including SOWs, MSAs, MLSAs, and operational and reporting requirements
  • Track record of developing win-win strategic partnerships and leading commercial negotiations with complex Enterprise partners
  • Demonstrated success in building and coaching high-performing teams to exceed quota targets and annual business goals
  • Strong analytical skills; use insights and data-driven decision-making to inform and guide negotiations, sales, and partner management processes
  • Outstanding communication skills with your team, executive leadership, and merchant partners
  • Experience adapting with resilience and humility in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment
  • Ability to drive operational excellence and impact by building and scaling repeatable processes, adapting for country/regional nuance
  • Self-starter and collaborative leader across diverse teams; everywhere you go, you can't help but mobilize people, resolve problems, raise the bar, and bring out the best in people - you are a doer and motivator of others
  • Passion for and deep understanding of the food industry, inclusive of trends, competition, best practices, and other factors that affect profitability and business success across countries/regions

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$165,000 per year - USD$183,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$183,000 per year - USD$203,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$183,000 per year - USD$203,000 per year.
