The Role

The Engineering Enablement organization strengthens Uber's OneUber culture through learning, branding, and community programs. Our team is highly visible across the company, recognized for building creative solutions that improve productivity and performance for Uber's employees.

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead learning and development initiatives that support the use of AI at Uber. In this role, you will own and execute programs that make AI learning and resources accessible, reliable, and scalable across the company. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and continuously improve program operations.

Beyond AI, you may also contribute to other enablement initiatives, partnering with team members to strengthen learning and community across Engineering.

What You Will Do

  1. Lead the AI Learning Platform workstream, working with partners to design, deliver, and scale solutions.
  2. Own and continuously improve the AI Resource Hub to ensure employees can easily access accurate, current, and well-organized AI documentation and resources.
  3. Manage and enhance Uber's AI Advisor, ensuring employees have scalable, trusted assistance when using AI tools.
  4. Collaborate with AI Champions and cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions and resources meet organizational needs.
  5. Define and track program metrics to measure performance, platform health, and employee engagement.
  6. Contribute to additional Engineering Enablement initiatives, including learning and community-building programs.

Basic Qualifications
  1. BA/BS degree in education, communications, business operations or a related field
  2. 5+ years of program management experience with a track record of successful outcomes
  3. 3+ years of experience designing, maintaining, or curating digital learning or content management solutions
  4. 3+ years of experience using data and analytics to identify opportunities and measure program effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Passion for working with technical/engineering audiences with a customer-first approach to solving problems
  2. Experience managing and/or maintaining knowledge bases, internal websites, or digital learning platforms
  3. Familiarity with content management systems, documentation tools, and information architecture principles.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad audience.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation, resources, and timelines
  6. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office.
