The Growth operations team is responsible for growing our consumer base, and increasing their engagement through our own channels and through partnerships. We serve millions of consumers every day and we work with stakeholders across the business to deliver the best possible experience and outcomes for our consumers.
We are seeking a proactive, creative and results-driven Growth Operations Manager to join our team in Tokyo. In this role, you are responsible for working with our merchant (restaurant) partners, developing strategies and driving initiatives in order to acquire new users to the platform.

---- What You'll Do ----
- Partner Communication and Strategy- Negotiate and design collaborative campaigns with external partners in order to achieve our new user growth targets
- Stakeholder and Project Management- Act as a project manager of campaigns, including communication with both internal and external stakeholders, managing tasks and making data driven decisions to optimize results
- Operational Execution & problem solving - Lead the execution of initiatives, identify and address challenges early, using data and strategic thinking to navigate obstacles and deliver successful outcomes
- Continuously challenge the status quo with a belief that opportunities for improvement persist
- Data-Driven Insights- Leverage data to inform the decisions you make around the strategy and structure of initiatives
---- What You'll Need ----
- Fluent (Speaking & writing) in Japanese and business level English is required
- 6+ Years of experience in project management, with a strong drive to proactively build innovative solutions as well as the ability to lead projects to completion in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills, including fostering relationships and negotiating with external stakeholders, and managing internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate and build strategies to achieve the growth challenges
---- Preferred Qualifications ----
- A background in business development with a digital platform or another consumer product or service company in Japan
- experience in experiment design (A/B testing, statistical analysis etc)
- Proficiency with SQL, or (related) programming languages
