As the COE Specialist on the Autonomous Vehicle team, you will be at the center of delivering on this mission to build the best support experience for Autonomous Vehicle users.

  1. Handle Customer Interactions via inbound/outbound phone and messaging
  2. Ensure continuous process improvement, advocating passionately on behalf of our community to influence the overall customer experience
  3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  4. Have a strong understanding and knowledge of your LOB, staying up to date with changes, roll-outs and ongoing initiatives

Basic Qualifications
  1. Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken at C1 minimum)
  2. Fluent Arabic
  3. Previous call handling experience (inbound preferred)
  4. Exceptional communication skills

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
