AI Solution Development & Prototyping

  1. Build rapid POCs leveraging large language models (LLMs), LangGraph, ADK, and other AI/ML tooling.
  2. Evaluate and experiment with open-source and proprietary AI tools to develop bespoke automation solutions for Finance.
  3. Translate finance requirements into working technical prototypes that demonstrate feasibility and value.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  1. Manage and mentor an Applications Developer, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  2. Guide technical design, code quality, and implementation standards for AI prototypes.

Execution & Delivery

  1. Work closely with Engineering partners to transition successful POCs into production systems.
  2. Ensure technical documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer are completed for handoff.
  3. Track adoption, performance, and feedback for AI-powered applications post-deployment.

Basic Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
