We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own and grow strategic partnerships with top grocery and retail brands across Portugal. You'll be the key business advisor and relationship lead for a portfolio of high-impact enterprise accounts, driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and long-term success on the Uber Eats platform.

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, confident in analyzing data, influencing stakeholders, and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Key Partnerships: Own a portfolio of national grocery and retail partners. You'll be their go-to contact and trusted growth advisor.
  • Drive Business Growth: Co-develop strategic plans to scale partner performance - from new store rollouts and dark store models to category expansion and revenue optimization.
  • Optimize Operations: Use data to identify inefficiencies, track KPIs, and implement changes that improve conversion, speed, and user experience.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams across Marketing, Operations, Product, and Sales to deliver on growth goals.
  • Shape the Grocery & Retail Category: Influence Uber's broader retail strategy in Portugal through partner insights and local market expertise.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development, consulting, or enterprise partnerships, preferably with large retail or consumer brands.
  • A strong ownership mindset - you're proactive, resourceful, and take initiative to get things done.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, make data-driven decisions, and develop actionable plans.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills - you can influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Project management experience - you can lead multiple initiatives at once, with attention to both execution and results.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable working with large datasets.

Nice to Have

  • SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in the grocery, retail, or e-commerce industry.
  • Knowledge of the Portuguese retail landscape.
