Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Warsaw, Poland

About the Role

As a Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d), you'll be key to driving the growth and ongoing success of our commercial operations in Poland. Based in Warsaw, you'll analyze sales performance across various territories, translating your findings into actionable insights for the leadership team. You'll partner closely with local stakeholders, understanding their unique market needs and implementing solutions-whether by scaling successful projects and processes from other markets or developing new ones specifically for Poland.

We're looking for a sales or revenue operations professional with a strong background in sales campaign execution and analysis, reporting, analytics, and sales tooling. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, practical, and adept at managing diverse projects and issues while aligning with core business priorities. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you'll work closely with local, regional, and global teams.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure CRM (Salesforce) data compliance and completeness across sales teams in Poland.
  • Drive campaign planning and execution for specific teams and segments.
  • Own and optimize core sales processes, including territory definition, lead allocation, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Execute ad-hoc sales operations tasks, such as bulk data uploads and CRM administration.
  • Partner directly with in-market sales teams, providing powerful insights, building collateral for business reviews, and representing the Polish market in global forums.
  • Optimize sales tooling, address issues, and deliver essential sales process and tool training to our sales teams.
  • Act as the voice of the Polish market to inform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and shape market priorities.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: You'll need at least 4 years of proven experience, ideally in sales or sales operations within a dynamic, fast-growing B2B sales environment, ideally with a solid working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Analytics: You're deeply analytical; you instinctively know what data you need to solve a problem and how to extract insights from complex datasets. You'll have experience dealing with sophisticated data sets, deriving insights, and checking against what you see in the real world. You'll have proficiency with data analysis and drawing out key insights using SQL, MS Excel/GSheets.
  • Reporting: Reporting is second nature to you. You have practical experience building compelling visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools like MS Excel/GSheets, Tableau, Salesforce dashboards, and Dashbuilder.
  • Process Execution: You are process-driven and supportive, with the ability to efficiently execute ad-hoc requests, including bulk data uploads and other activities to directly support our sales teams and critical projects.
  • Language: You are fluent in Polish and English.

We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently. If you have the curiosity, passion, and collaborative spirit, work with us, and let's move the world forward, together.
