About the Role
At Uber Eats, we're on a mission to help people get whatever they need-from lunch to last-minute groceries-exactly when and where they want it. But delivering delight at scale takes more than an app. Behind every order is a team that builds the tools, systems, and strategies to connect people to what matters most. That's where you come in.
We're looking for a Senior Sales Operations Associate to join our Commercial Operations team-the team that drives strategy, efficiency, and insights for our restaurant partner network across Latin America. You'll play a key role in supporting merchant retention and early lifecycle management, helping our partners thrive from day one and beyond.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how we support merchants during their most crucial early stages. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success-to identify critical moments in the merchant journey, reduce churn, and build a strong foundation for long-term success.
