Sales Manager II
About the Role
Uber Eats is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager II to lead and scale our SMB Sales organization within the US&C Delivery business. In this role, you'll oversee a sales team and drive growth across key markets by developing high-performing leaders, optimizing sales strategy, and influencing cross-functional priorities.
You will serve as a core member of the regional leadership team, responsible for delivering against ambitious revenue goals while shaping the playbooks, processes, and people strategy that fuel Uber's next phase of growth. What You'll Do
- Lead Through Your Team: Manage and develop a group of Account Executives, and Sr. Account Executives, empowering them to lead high-performing sales teams that consistently exceed acquisition and revenue targets.
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the regional sales strategy in partnership with Territory Leadership, aligning people, process, and performance to Uber's business objectives.
- Coach & Develop Talent: Build and scale leadership capability within your org-driving strong performance management, career growth, and succession planning.
- Operational Excellence: Leverage data and insights to forecast performance, identify gaps, and implement scalable systems to improve conversion, efficiency, and pipeline health.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Merchant Operations to unlock new growth opportunities, evolve sales programs, and ensure seamless handoffs across the merchant lifecycle.
- Drive Innovation: Contribute to national and regional sales initiatives, pilots, and process improvements that enhance the broader Sales org's performance and culture.
- Culture & Accountability: Foster a high-performance, feedback-driven culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience
- At least 3-4 years of direct people management experience
- Proven success leading teams or managers to exceed ambitious sales and revenue goals
- Strong operational acumen and ability to analyze data, set strategy, and drive disciplined execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced people leader with a passion for developing leaders and building high-performing teams
- Proven track record of strategic impact beyond immediate team scope-contributing to territory-wide or national sales initiatives
- Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence and executive presence
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business units
- Experience in SMB, SaaS, or marketplace sales environments preferred
- Salesforce CRM proficiency or similar sales systems experience

For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$130,000 per year - USD$144,000 per year.
For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$115,000 per year - USD$128,000 per year.
