About the Role

The Uber Delivery Global Commercial Training and Enablement team is responsible for enabling the Uber Delivery business to build a world-class B2B Commercial organization. Our team owns and delivers training and enablement programs that drive sales productivity and allow our customer-facing teams to grow in their role.

The Uber Delivery Global Commercial Training and Enablement team is looking for a Sales Enablement Systems Specialist to support and optimize our sales enablement platforms, with an initial focus on Seismic. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our commercial sales teams have the tools, content, and insights they need to drive performance and productivity.

You'll act as the day-to-day administrator for our sales enablement tools, support users across departments, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve content accessibility, usage, and effectiveness.

What You Will Do

  • Administer and support the Seismic platform, including user management, permissioning, content organization, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, program managers, and enablement leaders to ensure learning platforms and content meet the needs of global go-to-market teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date enablement content is available and aligned to sales motions.
  • Train and onboard new content creators to the platform and best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and liaison for instructional designers and content creators, guiding platform functionality and content workflows.
  • Deliver system support and coaching to facilitate the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Seismic and related tools.
  • Document processes and maintain internal knowledge bases related to tool usage.
  • Manage content workflows, version control, tagging, and metadata for improved discoverability.
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis within Seismic and other platforms, producing comprehensive reports on content engagement, adoption, and overall performance to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support integration with other systems (e.g., CRM, CMS, Learning platforms).
  • Assist in the evaluation and rollout of new enablement technologies as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Experience with Seismic or similar sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Bigtincan).
  • Strong technical aptitude with comfort administering SaaS tools.
  • Advanced data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Seismic analytics).
  • Understanding of AI and how it can be applied to increase productivity for commercial sales teams and sales enablement teams.
  • Understanding of commercial sales processes and sales content needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to flex and pivot quickly as business priorities change.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. years of experience in technical enablement, sales enablement, training, or related roles in a global organization.
  • Strong expertise in product training and/or Salesforce.com enablement.
  • Proficiency with e-learning and technical training content creation tools including, but not limited to, Articulate Rise, Storyline, WalkMe, Iorad, Camtasia, Synthesia etc.
  • Experience building and scaling training programs for diverse, global teams.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, CMS, or other go-to-market systems is a plus.
  • Experience creating and delivering training sessions or enablement materials.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN).

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$100,000 per year - USD$111,000 per year.

For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$100,000 per year - USD$111,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year - USD$123,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year - USD$123,000 per year.

For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$100,000 per year - USD$111,000 per year.

For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year - USD$123,000 per year.

For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year - USD$123,000 per year.
