The Sales Enablement Specialist - GTM Programming will play a key role in supporting the success of our global Uber for Business commercial sales team. They will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing scalable enablement programs that equip our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams with the skills, resources, and knowledge they need to be successful in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role is focused on developing repeatable, high-impact programs, trainings, and sales resources tailored by GTM role that align with our core sales motions to drive day-to-day impact across the sales organization. From developing and reinforcing core sales competencies to supporting new business objectives through playbooks, this role will help ensure sellers are enabled at every stage of their journey.

The ideal candidate is a strong program executor who thrives in ambiguity, is highly self-directed, and enjoys taking ownership of projects from discovery to delivery. They will work cross-functionally with Enablement, Sales, Revenue Operations, and GTM leadership-including frontline sellers, sales managers, country leads, and regional GMs-to gather insights and deliver practical, engaging, and easy-to-adopt enablement resources.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and creative, with hands-on experience building enablement content and training programs independently. This person should bring a clear point of view on how enablement programs and sales resources should be designed, while also being adaptable to stakeholder feedback. Strong communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders at all levels are essential, as is a passion for helping teams succeed through thoughtful and impactful enablement.

Scope of Responsibility:

GTM Programming Strategy

  • Own the planning, design, and execution of GTM enablement programs aligned to core sales motions, product launches, and business goals.
  • Translate strategic business priorities into actionable programming that drives seller effectiveness across the commercial organization.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable programming framework that supports onboarding, role-specific upskilling, and continuous learning across regions and sales roles.
  • Collaborate with Enablement, Sales, and Revenue Operations stakeholders to identify business needs, define program goals, and ensure alignment across initiatives.
  • Analyze program performance and gather field feedback to iterate and improve GTM programming for increased adoption and business impact.

Sales Methodology Integration

  • Embed sales methodology principles into enablement programs and resources to ensure consistency and excellence in execution.
  • Reinforce methodology application through training, sales playbooks, and live coaching touchpoints.
  • Partner with Enablement leadership to assess methodology effectiveness and drive continued adoption across the field.

Sales Resource Design

  • Build and maintain impactful sales resources-including playbooks, templates, guides, and toolkits-that are tailored to different GTM roles and regions.
  • Leverage instructional design principles to develop self-guided and instructor-led learning experiences.
  • Proactively conduct needs analysis and gather seller feedback to continuously evolve the resource library.
  • Adopt and experiment with AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation, increase efficiency, and scale the delivery of high-quality sales enablement materials.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales enablement, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, Winning by Design).
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B enablement and/or enterprise sales organizations.
  • Relevant certifications in sales methodologies or instructional design are a plus.
  • Experience working in global organizations and partnering across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools such as Highspot, Gong, and Salesforce.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Prior experience designing and delivering training programs and continuous education pathways for sellers

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$100,000 per year - USD$111,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year - USD$123,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year - USD$123,000 per year.
