Sales Enablement Manager - EMEA
About the role and team
Commercial success at Uber isn't just about what we sell - it's about how we support people to do the selling. That's where this role comes in.
As part of the EMEA Delivery Commercial Training & Enablement team, you'll help equip our Restaurant and Retail sales and account managers with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to perform - and keep evolving. You'll work across countries, functions, and levels partnering with sales leaders, product teams, operations, HR, and our global enablement colleagues to launch programs that actually move the needle.
This is a role for someone who can switch gears easily - from defining strategy to delivering hands-on training, and who thrives in ambiguity, complexity, and change. If you're energized by enabling teams at scale, building smart systems, and helping people grow- this is where you'll make an impact.
