About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to support the Digital Sales Center (DSC)-Uber's scaled sales engine serving our small SMB merchant segments. This role is pivotal in delivering training, tools, and processes that drive rep productivity across a globally distributed network of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) vendor partners.

You'll work closely with Enablement, Ops, and Sales leaders to build and deliver scalable enablement programs tailored to the unique needs of DSC sales motions-both inbound and outbound acquisition, as well as account expansion. Success in this role requires comfort with operational complexity, a strong grasp of training best practices, and experience working across time zones, cultures, and partner organizations.

What You Will Do
  1. Partner with DSC leaders, vendor managers, and BPO training teams to deliver onboarding, continuous learning, and skill development programs across sales roles.
  2. Localize global sales enablement content and delivery methods to the needs of BPO sellers, ensuring alignment with Uber's brand, tools, and processes.
  3. Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of enablement programs using performance data, QA feedback, and seller insights.
  4. Support the roll-out of new tools, processes, products, and campaigns within the BPO network with clear, scalable training and comms.
  5. Collaborate closely with the Core Sales Enablement team to align on frameworks, share insights, and adapt global resources for the DSC context.
  6. Act as the primary point of contact for enablement escalations and support requests from BPO teams across regions.
  7. Build and maintain documentation, toolkits, LMS assets, and other enablement materials in partnership with content, product, and marketing stakeholders.
  8. Contribute to quarterly enablement planning and KPI reporting for the DSC Enablement function.

What You Will Need
  1. 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Operations, ideally in a high-growth, B2B or sales-driven environment.
  2. Exceptional program and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, execute, and measure impact across multiple geographies and sales motions.
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority and work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  4. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), enablement tooling, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  5. Experience building and scaling enablement programs for acquisition and account management roles.
  6. A data-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  7. Strong understanding of BPO environments and experience supporting vendor-based sales teams.
  8. Experience in scaled, transactional sales environments (e.g., inside sales, contact centers, or BPO networks).
  9. Instructional design experience and comfort developing content for adult learners.
  10. Familiarity with Uber's Delivery products and commercial strategy.
  11. Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving structure in dynamic, cross-cultural settings.
