About the Role
Uber Eats Taiwan's SMB Sales Team is fast-paced, ambitious, and driven. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces change, and is passionate about driving market growth. This person will play a critical role in optimizing our sales process, developing talent, and leading a high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies by leading a team through prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Coach, supervise, and inspire a team of 9-10 sales representatives, supporting their professional development and career growth.
- Identify key market opportunities and guide the team to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with peers to drive and support strategic sales initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Build reports and deliver presentations using G Suite and other tools.

Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including planning, pipeline management, and delivering against monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs and OKRs.
- Strong leadership experience in coaching and managing a team of 9-10 sales professionals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and data-driven decision-making through reporting and dashboards.
- Solid presentation skills and proficiency with G Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated experience in strategic sales planning and execution.
- Strong people management skills with a track record of team development and performance management.
