- Pitch to restaurants both over the phone and in person from Saarbrücken over Hessen to Bavaria, effectively communicating the benefits of Uber Eats - tailoring your pitch to highlight the value of our latest products, pricing, and initiatives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature for potential TOP SMB restaurant partners, while ensuring each restaurant is fully set up for success on the platform - from offer strategy to menu quality and operational readiness.
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms that deliver value for both Uber Eats and our restaurant partners.
- Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and account management teams to ensure a smooth launch and strong start on the platform.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets.

---- Basic Qualifications ----
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven ability to close deals in a performance driven company and the willingness to travel 1-2x/week (easily rent a car with our provided credit card).
- Proficient in German and English (a further industry relevant language is a plus).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills - you're comfortable influencing decision-makers and handling objections.
- Self-motivated and well organised, with the ability to work independently and manage a high-output pipeline.
- Experience with Salesforce and GSuite.
- Knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
