Recruiting Coordinator (18 month contract)

About the role

You'll be tasked with partnering with our recruiters and hiring managers to help build teams and ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates, while spreading #UberLOVE wherever needed.

What you'll do

1. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes which includes scheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, working with administrative assistants, and hosting candidates when they come onsite

2. Provide a high-level candidate experience by responding to questions expertly and timely and assist/coordinate any other candidate needs

3. Assist with improving and optimizing the scheduling process by partaking in TC projects

4. Assist with ad-hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition Team and other administrative tasks as assigned

5. Spread the UberLOVE! Help coordinate and attend recruiting events when needed

What you'll need

1. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

2. Preferably 1-2 years of prior experience in a customer facing/administrative role

3. Fluent in English

4. Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You don't get overwhelmed easily.

5. Naturally curious. You're innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimize processes.

6. Dedicated to candidate experience. You are self aware, detail-oriented, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails. You're respectful of the candidate and the stressful process a job hunt can be.

7. Fun. You're a personable person who can talk to anyone; you're flexible, gutsy, and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world.

8. Motivated. You understand the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited crew; you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away at issues.

9. A utility player. You're willing to help out wherever needed.
