About the Role
Our Talent Acquisition team has the exciting challenge to build high performing teams across all the LOB's; we get to partner with managers, chat with candidates and help them make that connection that will bring them together and make the magic happen for the business.
As a Recruiter, you'll drive strategic Customer Support hiring across LATAM. You'll partner with diverse teams to build high-impact talent throughout our multifaceted region, advising on strategies to ensure we bring in the right people for every role. You'll be the go-to expert, leading recruitment strategy and delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring team experience. You'll also have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with business leaders and partners on strategic projects aimed at continually innovating and improving how we attract top talent.

What the Candidate Will Do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume and strategic customer operations' roles across LATAM.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to build robust and diverse talent pipelines.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a consistent and effective interview process that leads to successful hires.
- Contribute to the broader Uber TA community by supporting continuous improvement initiatives and sharing best practices.
- Apply a data-driven approach to recruiting: Analyze talent market trends (including talent mapping) and leverage internal data to provide strategic insights, anticipate challenges, and help secure top talent.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically with non-technical roles in a high-growth, fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for both high-volume customer support positions and strategic administrative functions
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- A strong knack for using data and insights to optimize hiring strategies and improve overall processes
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with a variety of clients, including senior leadership and top tier candidates
- Experience contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives through recruiting efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work onsite from our Mexico City office
