About the Role

Our Payments Program team in Krakow is dedicated to driving operational excellence by uncovering insights, identifying improvement opportunities, and executing projects that make payments support smoother, faster, and more reliable. As a Program Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable improvements, directly impacting both efficiency and customer experience.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze payment processes and data to identify inefficiencies, risks, or improvement opportunities.
  • Design, scope, and execute improvement projects from idea to implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, engineering, and product teams.
  • Monitor project performance and provide clear reporting on impact and progress.
  • Proactively recommend solutions to enhance payment processes and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to execute projects and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
  • Background in program management, operations, or process improvement within financial services or tech environments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with payments operations, risk, or customer support processes.
  • Experience in Cash Payment Methods and Payment Compliance Processes.
