Product Evangelist, Program Leader
About the Role
The Product Evangelist, Program Leader is a key member of our Global Digital Experience team, the digital service design arm of the global CommOps organization. In this role, you will act as the internal champion for products developed by our Customer Obsession (CO) team, many of which leverage AI, helping regional and global CommOps teams understand, adopt, and maximize their value. You will translate complex product vision and capabilities into clear, compelling stories that resonate with diverse operational audiences and inspire a culture that embraces technology. This role is about creating excitement, building understanding, and helping teams see how new solutions can transform the way we work. You will strengthen feedback loops between tech and ops, remove barriers to adoption, and scale usage globally, ensuring products deliver measurable impact across every market

- Own the end-to-end strategy for generating demand and driving adoption of products across both regional and global CommOps teams
- Clearly communicate "what's in it for them" to diverse audiences, from frontline operators to senior leaders
- Use storytelling to make complex technology accessible, inspiring curiosity and confidence in new tools.
- Identify and execute the best go-to-market approach for each product such as roadshows, targeted events, leadership briefings, or training series
- Build deep product expertise to understand the most impactful and efficient use cases in each region
- Develop or source creative assets to support communications, using AI or design tools, or partnering with creative teams
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with regional and global CommOps partners to drive engagement
- Maintain clear visibility with leadership by regularly reporting progress, adoption metrics, and impact stories
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technology, consulting, internal product marketing and or within a related field
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years in internal product marketing, communications, or similar roles at large tech companies
- Strong understanding of AI and GenAI concepts and their business applications
- Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives with both technical and operational stakeholders
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Proven ability to build relationships across functions and levels in an organization
- Ability to drive a culture and mindset shift toward a tech-first approach
- Data-driven decision-maker with experience setting and tracking performance metrics and KPIs
- Demonstrated success using technical initiatives to achieve business goals
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.
