About the Role
The South Korea CX team's mission is to deliver outstanding, data-driven support experiences for Uber for Business (U4B) clients. As a founding member, you'll help establish the foundation of U4B CX in Korea-driving service excellence, client satisfaction, and operational scalability for our customers.
Your Impact In Role
- PSS client inflow management: Drive resolution of complex problems by leveraging internal resources and using multiple communication channels including email and messaging (possibly Zoom also).
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate effectively with U4B Sales/Account Managers and Implementation Leads to keep them apprised of client concerns, with possible client onsite visits.
- Project management: Plan and execute projects-including localization and process standardization-to improve the customer experience for U4B admins and clients.
- BAU efficiency: Ensure daily BAU operations for U4B run efficiently and sustainably, maintaining high standards of service and process consistency.

The Experience You'll Bring
- Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, account management, or operations (preferably in a B2B environment).
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with proven attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in global or regional CX or operations organizations.
- Familiarity with SQL, Google Sheets, or data analytics for reporting and insight generation.
- Experience with process improvement or project management initiatives.
- Proven ability to support enterprise or high-value clients in tech or service industries.
