About the Role
The GR PartnerManager will drive business growth and innovation by handling a critical portfolio of retailers. The ideal candidate will be able to build processes and scale efforts to achieve an expansion of the merchant's business at Uber. A successful Partner Manager deeply understands our partners, builds positive relationships with decision makers, influences throughout the organization, and optimally identifies and exploits opportunities to improve core business metrics.

- As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing the topline (orders, clients, revenue) and operations of your portfolio of merchants
- You will build long-term relationships with the retailers, ultimately improving their financials, marketing efforts, engagement and satisfaction
- You'll be a key influence in their delivery business and will provide strategic recommendations based on your knowledge of the industry, data analysis and expertise
- You will support your portfolio of clients with day to day asks as well as long term plans
- You will act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- At least, 4 years experience in an account management role incl experience in relationship management
- Willingness to get into the weeds (no matter how deep) and push through despite difficulties
- Customer obsession, proactivity and willingness to build positive and lasting relationships with our partners, bringing them added value and helping them reach their potential on Uber
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and influence stakeholders
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data (experience with excel is needed) and derive conclusions from it to provide recommendation to partners
- Ability to develop strategies and execute initiatives.
- Good attention to detail to become a trusted business partner for the merchants using the Uber Eats app
- Experience running processes at scale and project managing
- English working proficiency and Spanish native proficiency
- Position is based on our Uber Spain HQ in Madrid
- Please note: to be considered for this role, you need to hold a valid work permit for Spain
