About the role
As the Paris Territory Lead for Uber Eats in France, you will have the unique opportunity to grow and scale our food delivery platform across Paris and its suburbs. You'll lead the team responsible for managing partnerships with our most strategic restaurant partners. Working closely with your team and the broader France Eats organization, you'll drive sustainable business growth and an exceptional customer experience.

Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Define and implement commercial strategies to optimize restaurant performance
- Use data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize resources
- Lead investment planning and execution to support performance targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product adoption, campaign outcomes, and partner engagement

Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of managers and individual contributors
- Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning
- Build scalable processes and best practices to enhance team efficiency
- Lead goal setting, planning, and reporting aligned with business objectives
Team Enablement
- Support your team in high-stakes negotiations and strategic deal-making
- Advocate for merchant needs internally, resolving key issues
- Contribute to national Account Management performance through cross-territory initiatives
- Build feedback loops to surface merchant insights and operational pain points
- Champion knowledge-sharing and best practices across the Account Management community
What you'll need
- Extensive professional experience in commercial roles, operations, strategy, or similar fields
- Team management experience, ideally with a focus on coaching and performance
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and execute impactful partnerships
- Proven ability to lead a commercial team to deliver business results and grow a portfolio
- A data-driven mindset and sound business judgment with an understanding of marketplace dynamics
- Project management skills with a record of delivering complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with humility and resilience
- Full proficiency in French and English
