About the Role

The role will support the EMEA Employment team. It will be involved in matter management (including billing and administrative support) with opportunities to support on advisory and litigation matters in addition, supporting the team across NCEE, MEA and UKI.

What You'll Do

  1. Support Employment Legal team with matter management: this includes matter opening; fee forecasting; administering the approval and payment of legal fees and settlements - including engaging with internal stakeholders
  2. Casework support - including matter management, collating relevant information and evidence on matters (advisory or contentious)

  1. Matter management experience - including billing and administrative support
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, including proficiency with sheets and gdocs

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience working within a legal function, whether in-house or private practice
  2. Positive attitude - whilst the role is primarily administrative, it will provide the opportunity to work on contentious and non-contentious matters supporting the Employment legal team both on employee advisory work and platform economy workstreams (contentious and non-contentious)
  3. An interest in law - this may include someone with legal qualifications who wants to move into the legal profession
