About the Role

As the Operations Manager for Uber Eats in Spain, you'll lead the charge in scaling one of Uber's most dynamic last-mile delivery offerings. What You Will Do

  • Translate data into strategy: Define, track, and optimize KPIs to uncover insights and drive improvements. Build analytical frameworks and dashboards that inform critical decisions and unlock business growth.
  • Design scalable operations: Build and automate robust, efficient processes that elevate our merchants' and couriers' experiences. Identify friction points, automate low-impact tasks, and create tools that boost the efficiency of our Account Management team.
  • Accelerate commercial impact: Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify customer needs, develop go-to-market strategies, and shape tactical solutions for new verticals and segments.
  • Be the product-market voice: Act as the strategic bridge between Spain's operations and global Product teams. Surface local insights, influence product roadmaps, and ensure successful rollouts of new features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Lead initiatives that span Legal, Comms, Employment, Community Operations, and beyond to ensure seamless execution and alignment across the business.

What You Will Need

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in operations, strategy, or consulting roles, ideally in tech, logistics, or marketplace businesses.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset; fluency in tools like SQL or Excel to build models and drive insights.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a track record of independently delivering impact in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience designing or optimizing operational processes and leveraging automation to scale.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; ability to align across commercial, product, and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement; curiosity and drive to build from scratch and iterate quickly.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change - you thrive in environments where no two days are the same.
