About the Role
The Market Growth, Operations & Logistics Manager role is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on cities in Romania by working on cross-functional projects to understand how to grow our driver and rider base, improve our customer experience and ensure that we allocate resourcing appropriately to ensure we move the needle on key KPIs.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Develop overall supply channels; define an attractive value proposition; optimize acquisition and conversion, both operationally and in terms of spend efficiency. Constantly look out for new opportunities and move fast to execute on them
- Support the team on local compliance projects transition, including but not limited to PWD transposition
- Explore and run a number of projects aimed at removing barriers to join the category for both riders and drivers
- Explore opportunities to grow the rider base by offering insights to central teams and executing on locally focused initiatives
- Develop and run Brand focused initiatives in collaboration with the CEE team stakeholders and central operations
- Configure products and processes to the Romanian market context in coordination with Central Operations
- Ensure spend efficiency for deployed initiatives aimed at growing the category
- Maintain performance dashboards, tracking your KPIs, model out opportunities and present findings to support decision-making by leadership
- Partner with other operations teams, as well as marketing, product, support operations, communications and legal, to ensure that insights inform broader initiatives in our Central & Eastern Europe region

What the Candidate Will Need
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferably in operations, consulting/banking, startup and advanced project management.
- Data-driven approach to making decisions and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to build relationships, work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Desire and perseverance to solve problems.
- Fluency in English and Romanian.
- High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot quickly from long-term thinking to immediate action.
- Solid executional ability - You are able to plan and deliver new initiatives and have a track record of delivering projects on spec and on time

- Strong analytical skills, preferably SQL skills as well
- Project Management capabilities in order to ensure the ability to run projects with multiple stakeholders and across teams
