About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Latin America. In this role, you'll act as the main bridge between business needs and technical solutions, driving process improvements and implementing strategies that will have a direct impact on operational performance and business growth.
What you'll do
- Develop strategic solutions by building clear and compelling business cases that address key operational needs, supported by data-driven insights.
- Identify and prioritize challenges, escalating critical issues to product and technical teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Leverage data to drive decisions by analyzing complex datasets using SQL and Python, and creating impactful dashboards and reports with visualization tools.
- Manage stakeholders effectively, collaborating across teams and ensuring alignment on priorities, while constructively challenging assumptions when needed.
- Communicate clearly and assertively, simplifying complex technical and operational concepts for diverse audiences.

What you'll need
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working with stakeholders at different levels, with proven ability to build trust and drive alignment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and develop actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
Bonus points
- Experience leading product launches at a global or regional scale.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in retail operations or related environments.
