About the Role
We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense. In this role, you will coordinate our local fleet operations and be a teammate in coming up with initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies.
What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points
---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Lead and execute initiatives to optimize supply channels, with a particular focus on fleet management across strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Develop and implement supply-side strategies and projects that align with and achieve key business priorities.
- Cultivate and manage daily and long-term relationships with key fleet partners to drive mutual success.
- Analyze and manage the budget for deployed initiatives, ensuring spend efficiency and a clear return on investment (ROI) to grow the category.
- Monitor performance metrics by maintaining dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and modeling out new opportunities.
- Present data-driven insights and actionable findings to leadership to inform and support critical business decisions.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience preferably in operations, consulting or startup in the mobility, eCommerce, B2C apps, retail industries.
- Analytical & Program Management: Strong project management skills with an analytical mindset. Able to organize, plan, and execute projects while using data to interpret complex information and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build relationships, work cross-functionally and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Polish (reading, writing, and speaking).
