About the Role
We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense. In this role, you will coordinate our local operations and be a teammate in coming up with initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies.
This role calls for a combination of analytics and the ability to operationalize processes in a fast-paced environment, but also be involved in complex initiatives that require eagle-eye.
---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Growth Initiatives: Design, plan and execute growth initiatives aimed at scaling our business across Poland
- Process Optimization: Implement core analyses and processes, ensuring they run efficiently.
- Product Improvement: Understand opportunities for improvements or new features to enhance our value prop, measure their impact, and help to implement them.
- Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret specific operational and financial metrics to improve execution.
- Problem-Solving: Understand risks and opportunities and generate practical recommendations that consider the business context and restrictions of issues.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience preferably in operations, consulting or startup from industries such as Technology, eCommerce or Management consulting
- Analytical & Program Management: Strong project management skills with an analytical mindset. Able to organize, plan, and execute projects while using data to interpret complex information and provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Master problem solver: able to quickly get to the essence of complex problems, develops pragmatic solutions where no standards exist today, engages other experts for feedback and integrates it effectively
- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement through excellent analytical thinking. Experience in manipulation of data sets and data interpretation. SQL is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Polish (reading, writing, and speaking).
