About the Role
As an Operations Coordinator - Fleet Key Account Management, you will be responsible for supporting the operational performance, growth, and engagement of our key fleet partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical, and cross-functional environment. You'll manage key accounts, analyze operational data, improve processes, and support initiatives that drive supply growth, driver satisfaction, and overall business impact.
You will work closely with internal teams (analytics, marketing, product, and support) and external partners (fleet managers, driver groups, and vendors) to ensure high performance and scalable operations across multiple markets.
What the Candidate Will Do:
- Fleet Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key fleet partners. Build trusted relationships, resolve day-to-day issues, and collaborate on strategic initiatives to improve supply availability and quality.
- Driver Engagement & Support: Drive initiatives to onboard, engage, and retain drivers from key fleets. Support communication strategies (SMS, WhatsApp, events), and monitor satisfaction and performance trends.
- Operational Performance & Supply Management: Monitor key metrics across partner fleets, such as vehicle utilization, trip completion rates, driver activity, and compliance. Proactively address underperformance and support supply expansion plans in key regions.
- Data Analysis & Decision Support: Use data tools (Excel, SQL, dashboards) to deep-dive into operational performance. Identify issues, design interventions, and measure outcomes across fleets. Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Incentives & Program Execution: Collaborate on the design and implementation of incentives, promotions, and performance programs tailored to fleet drivers. Track ROI and iterate on strategies to drive adoption and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Optimize and scale internal and external workflows to improve fleet onboarding, compliance checks, reporting, and communication. Ensure consistent and reliable operations across regions.
- Project & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage ad hoc and cross-functional projects related to geographic expansion, product rollouts, and service launches. Work closely with internal teams (Ops, Product, Legal, Support) to drive successful execution.
