About the Role
Uber Eats is hiring an Operations Associate to join the Operations team in our Paris office. The mission of the Operations team is simple: deliver the best possible experience to all users of our platform. By joining Operations, you'll be at the heart of strategic and operational decisions that shape our business in France.
The Operations Associate role is a key position for Uber Eats, combining a wide range of skills on a daily basis: building and automating processes and tools, project management, advanced data analysis, and daily interactions with our Product teams based in San Francisco, New York, and Amsterdam, as well as our City Managers who are in the field working closely with restaurant partners across France.

What You'll Do
- Build Processes and Tools: As an Operations Associate, you'll design, test, and deploy processes and tools to improve platform efficiency, service quality, and overall user satisfaction.
- Project Management: You'll lead projects end-to-end, define your own KPIs, and collaborate with local and international teams to ensure swift and high-quality execution in line with Uber's standards.
- Data Analysis: You'll create and analyze dashboards to inform your decisions and evaluate the success of your initiatives, leveraging access to Uber's extensive data.
- Product Team Collaboration: You'll serve as the link between field operations and our Product teams, prioritizing feature developments and ensuring smooth weekly rollouts of new functionalities.
What You'll Need
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers, with solid SQL knowledge or a strong desire to learn quickly.
- You enjoy building and optimizing robust processes, and are drawn to concepts like operational excellence and scalability.
- You are fluent in both French and English, as daily collaboration with international Uber Eats teams is essential.
- You thrive in fast-paced and constantly evolving environments.
- Previous experience in a startup, consulting, or finance is a plus.
