Operations and Strategy Manager, Driver Growth LatAm

About the Role

We are seeking an individual with robust operational and analytical skills, complemented by a strategic business acumen. This is a Project Manager role to join our Driver Growth team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the driver growth incentives and growth strategy for our products, supervising business performance and executing business analysis for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Ownership: You will lead and support growth strategies, proactively identify business needs and issues and prioritize among projects to define the best path to meet strategic objectives
  • Business Sense: Translate insights from operational and financial metrics into action plans
  • Problem Solving: Use data analysis to support your decisions. Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, launch experiments, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach
  • OKR & KPI management and reporting: Regularly review performance and ensuring that we have strategic oversight and effectively support our cross-functional teams
  • Product Improvement: You will develop strong relationships with product stakeholders, proactively propose features or improvements for our customer-facing products
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives by building close relationships with global and local teams across operations, marketing, among others

What You'll Need

  • Education: We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply
  • Years of Experience/Industries: 3+ years of professional and demonstrated experience
  • Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture
  • Proficiency in SQL: data analysis, querying, generating data insights
  • Communication: Portuguese or Spanish and English proficiency. Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities. Maintains healthy working relationships, even in disagreements
  • Executional Excellence: Ability to optimally manage and prioritize complex operations that require the support of peers and other teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards
  • Planning & Organization: Ability to plan complex or multi-faceted projects with cross-functional teams, defining timelines, deliverables, interdependencies, and resource allocation

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Strong domain of SQL
  2. End-to-end Operations Project Management experience.
