About the Role
The Product & Projects Operations role is a strategic position focused on supporting the Delivery Merchant Operations team in shaping and executing our product strategy. You'll work closely with teams across Product, LatAm Central Ops, and Commercial to lead product rollouts and drive strategic initiatives that elevate Merchant Quality and enhance the overall Marketplace Experience.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Product teams and stakeholders, using data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and propose solutions that inform product development.
- Proactively identify new features or improvements that can boost merchant quality and experience. Measure their impact and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring them to life across LatAm.
- Keep key stakeholders informed by providing clear and timely updates on product launches and initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving tools and processes, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.
- Build strong relationships across teams-including Operations, Product, Customer Support, Policy, and Legal-to scope, test, and implement strategic initiatives.
- Communicate ideas, insights, and recommendations confidently to both local and global partners, supporting collaborative and informed decision-making.

What You'll Need
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, product, project management or any related field.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- You're comfortable working with data (reports, experiments, pricing models) and experience with SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
- Experience with SQL is a must for the role.
- Strong business judgment and excellent communication skills. You can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for a variety of audiences.
- Proven experience managing projects or programs-able to juggle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- A collaborative approach and ability to bring diverse teams together. You're skilled at aligning stakeholders and fostering teamwork.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business consulting, operations, product, or project management.
Bonus Points
- Experience in a high-growth tech company, startup, or fast-scaling environment.
- Previous collaboration with product and engineering teams to shape roadmaps or launch features.
- Experience working with regional or global teams across time zones and cultures.
