Marketing Strategy Manager, US&C
About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join Uber's US&C Regional Marketing team. In this role, you'll help steer some of our most important cross-functional initiatives - bringing structure to complex programs, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring our highest-priority marketing efforts land smoothly and effectively.

- Spot cross-campaign themes and regional trends to inform briefs, shape planning, and guide our regional marketing strategy.
- Coordinate recurring planning rituals, including business reviews, roadmap updates, and prioritization forums to ensure alignment across the region.
- Develop marketing plans for key strategic partners across the region, owning partner management & end-to-end execution of high impact campaigns.
- Act as a connector across teams-from Marketing and Ops to Policy, Creative, and Comms-ensuring smooth collaboration and clear handoffs across stakeholders.
- Partner closely with our Head of Strategy to support quarterly and annual planning cycles, track OKRs, and move special projects forward.
- Maintain and evolve the US&C marketing calendar, helping develop the highest-impact communications plan across multiple lines of business & countries.
- Strengthen our marketing operating model by identifying gaps, sharing process improvements, and helping scale what works.
- Build strategic, executive-ready decks that distill complex initiatives into compelling narratives to align senior stakeholders.
