The Global Mobility Strategy team sits at the very heart of this mission. We are the analytical engine that helps steer the business, working side-by-side with senior leaders to shape the future direction of our global operations. Our team is responsible for finding and pursuing the next big opportunities, ensuring we remain accountable for delivering results, and uncovering the critical data-driven insights that help leaders across product, operations, and engineering make better, more informed decisions.

The ideal candidate for this role combines strong business acumen with deep analytical horsepower, is a strategic thinker who is passionate about using data to solve complex problems, and is an excellent communicator who can distill complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.

What You'll Do

  • Dig into complex business performance data across our global portfolio of products and geographies to identify key trends and drivers.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to understand and monitor trends in user growth, engagement, and operational performance.
  • Assess the impact and ROI of new technology rollouts and strategic initiatives, providing clear insights on what's working and what isn't.
  • Build robust forecast and opportunity models to evaluate future growth bets and help prioritize the product roadmap and resource allocation.
  • Translate complex datasets and analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for senior executive leadership.
  • Act as a data-driven partner to leaders across the organization, using your insights to drive decision-making and strategic action.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, business intelligence, data analytics, corporate strategy, or a related analytical field; high-growth startup experience is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data-driven insights to real-world business challenges and strategic opportunities.
  • Exceptional technical skills, with proficiency in SQL and experience with a statistical programming language (e.g., Python, R)

Preferred Qualifications

  • A "driver" personality - you are biased toward action, a great collaborator, and can push toward clarity and execution in ambiguous environments.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to a diverse, senior audience.
  • Proven ability to be a hands-on analyst who rolls up their sleeves and dives deep into the data to find answers to complex questions.

For Boston, MA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$140,000 per year - USD$155,000 per year.
