Manager, Earner Rentals Lead
About the Role
Earner rentals is a critical pillar of Uber Vehicle solutions in the US&C region with a portfolio of tens of thousands of vehicles contributing to a meaningful share of GBs. The pillar oversees rental operations partnering with at-scale operators such as Hertz, Avis along with a long tail of SMB and OEM supply partners. In addition to vehicle access, earner rentals has made meaningful strides in Uber's electrification pursuit and continues to lead in progress.
What You'll Do
The leader in this role will focus on overseeing the earner rentals business focusing on growth, experience, and working with senior stakeholders at partner organizations to define the vision for the program and execute on quarterly priorities.
- Set and execute on growth targets in collaboration with partners
- Drive cost reduction by eliminating inefficiencies in the process
- Create strong cross functional alignment with product and BD while executing on growth
- Lead a high performing team
- Constantly improve earner experience
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of proven experience with background in mobility, consulting, investment banking, or consumer technology
- Strong understanding of earner operations and marketplace
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial acumen/ability to understand economics of different business models
- Prior experience overseeing at-scale operations
- Strong understanding of insurance
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$140,000 per year - USD$155,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.
