About the role
The CASA Account Executives team is at the heart of Uber Direct's growth, building strong partnerships with key clients across the region. As Manager, you'll lead a regional team that drives high-impact deals, expands relationships, and accelerates Uber Direct's presence in multiple countries.
This role is a mix of strategy and execution: you'll shape the vision, coach and inspire your team, and work closely with cross-functional partners to bring bold ideas to life and scale the business.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Executives across CASA countries.
- Design and roll out commercial strategies that unlock new growth opportunities.
- Drive results by meeting and exceeding revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Oversee the pipeline of strategic deals, ensuring smooth execution and removing roadblocks.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Legal to deliver seamless client launches.

What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- A strong track record leading commercial teams with a focus on performance and results.
- Advanced English, both spoken and written.
Bonus points
- Experience in logistics, delivery, or eCommerce.
- Background in complex negotiations and deal-making with large accounts.
- Hands-on experience working with regional and global leadership teams.
- Ability to influence and thrive in matrixed organizations.
