The pitch:
- Encourage 7 million worldwide drivers to deepen their engagement with the Uber platform
- Loyalty is a key bet for Uber for the foreseeable future, aligned to leadership objectives like increasing supply quality, and driver/courier success
- To be successful. Uber needs need to improve the discoverability & emphasize the benefits of participation in Loyalty Programs.
- Your role is to design and launch growth bets to improve access and engagement with the Loyalty platform and its programs: Uber Pro and Uber Eats Pro
- You will work closely with dedicated design and machine learning teams to build personalized experiences that help drivers gain valuable monetary incentives
- Execute in a high impact, high visibility team that is encouraging driver quality, a critical objective

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
For the first 6 months:
- Deliver a flexible loyalty trial system that scales across 3+ global loyalty programs
- Tune trials for impact across new and existing earners to win valuable quality for the business
- Deliver immediate user value with monetary incentives that balance behavior change with marketplace efficiency
- Provide driver recognition and timely feedback to connect drivers more deeply with the platform
- Design and launch a series of experiments that explore key hypotheses and deliver incremental wins for the business
- Build customer empathy through user research and data science partnerships
Within the first 12 months:
- Co-create feedback framework with partners from data science, earnings, quality and more
- Develop a long term vision and strategy to help drivers track rewards, earnings, and incentives that many teams can contribute to
- Build frameworks for global teams teams to manage and track the impact of loyalty program trials
- Uncover new growth vectors that consider new lines of business around the world
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Minimum 6 years experience as PM driving engagement
- You've built successful roadmaps where many teams contribute part of the solution
- Deep experience partnering with design, data science, and engineering teams
- Comfortable with rapid experimentation and hypothesis driven development
- You set and meet ambitious goals and metric targets that are strategically aligned
- You're able to create and articulate a strategy that can be executed across many teams

- Background with loyalty or rewards systems
- Deep understanding of marketplace mechanics
- Owned strategy for whole products or lines of business
