On the Earner Eligibility team, you will be challenged to envision and execute on the platform that enables users to gain access to all their eligible gigs in a frictionless, transparent, and cost-efficient manner while ensuring safety and compliance.
As a Lead Product Manager, you will serve as the product lead for the growing our global Earner Eligibility team in India while helping to develop and execute on the vision, strategy, and roadmap that enables anyone in the world to start earning on the Uber platform.
Your work helps those who need it most: millions of drivers globally use Uber to meet financial needs at all points on the continuum, from putting food on the table, to generating spending money during grad school, to saving up for a special vacation.

- Lead the overarching strategy for the growing Earner Eligibility team in India.
- Own the product roadmap and lead vision, definition, and execution for building a scalable platform for managing and processing Earner onboarding requirements.
- Take broad, conceptual ideals and work closely with engineering to make them a reality by delivering well written product requirements and specs.
- Collaborate with Uber internal partners, including product managers, engineering, data science, business development, local teams, and global operations teams to deliver a platform that supports business goals globally.
- Present plans and represent your team's work to senior leadership.

- Minimum of 5 years of Product management (or relevant) experience.
- A passion for building platforms/products at scale.
- Ability to uplevel complex topics to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- An ability to collaborate with other product teams and cross-functional partners to define and execute on your roadmap. This will be a cross-functional role, with partner teams spanning multiple offices globally.

- Platform experience - you can take a laundry list of use cases and derive a common denominator that allows you to develop holistic solutions with internal partners.
- Outstanding business and product sense - you can see how impacting one level in a complex system affects many others.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
